Returns & Exchanges
At Prior Shop, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please submit your request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Submit your request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return or exchange.
- Attach photos where applicable, especially for damaged or defective items.
- We’ll review your request and respond with the next steps.
Please do not send items back without first submitting a request and receiving confirmation. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit your request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to help.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged products not due to transit
- Items not in original packaging or not in resellable condition
- Personal care or hygiene-related products, if applicable
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed by Prior Shop to be defective, damaged before delivery, or sent in error.
- All return requests are subject to review and approval. Customers may be required to provide clear photos, videos, order details, and packaging condition before a return, replacement, or refund is accepted.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, attempted self-repair, or reasons not related to a product defect are not eligible for free return shipping, replacement, or refund.
- Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Prior Shop is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, please submit your request through our Contact Us form. If approved and the replacement item is available, we’ll arrange an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
