At Prior Shop, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, please submit your request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged products not due to transit
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request via our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Attach photos where applicable (required for damaged or defective items).
  4. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed by Prior Shop to be defective, damaged before delivery, or sent in error.
  • All return requests are subject to review and approval. Customers may be required to provide clear photos, videos, order details, and packaging condition before a return, replacement, or refund is accepted.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, attempted self-repair, or reasons not related to a product defect are not eligible for free return shipping, replacement, or refund.
  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Prior Shop is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Option
