At Prior Shop, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, please submit your request through our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged products not due to transit
- Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Submit your request via our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return or exchange.
- Attach photos where applicable (required for damaged or defective items).
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed by Prior Shop to be defective, damaged before delivery, or sent in error.
- All return requests are subject to review and approval. Customers may be required to provide clear photos, videos, order details, and packaging condition before a return, replacement, or refund is accepted.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, attempted self-repair, or reasons not related to a product defect are not eligible for free return shipping, replacement, or refund.
- Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging where applicable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Prior Shop is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Option
